PR Campaign: Torfarm/Prosper

Description of the project:

GGC was responsible for the assuring of crisis communication during a merger of the 2nd and the 4th largest pharmaceutical distributor in Poland. The newly created entity has currently a turnover of 6,5 billion zloty.

The challenge it represented:

Providing a friendly environment for the project among investors on the WSE,  among employees and business partners (pharmaceutical manufacturers). GGC also created the image of the merger as a connection of two companies rather than a transfer.
